Drive evaluation, piloting, and deployment of AI-enabled tools and automated workflows for legal practice areas. Partner with attorneys, practice leaders, tech teams, and vendors to design solutions, lead pilots, support rollout and change management, create training/materials, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and adoption.

Provide advanced administrative support to attorneys, managing client and matter intake, calendars, travel, document production, billing/timekeeping, and business development activities. Coordinate meetings, board materials, DocuSign and data rooms, and use legal systems (NetDocs, Litera, Contract Express) and AI tools to streamline workflows. Serve as primary client contact, mentor colleagues, and support firm-wide operational and compliance processes during a 7-month hybrid assignment.

The Law School Recruiting Assistant supports brand initiatives, summer associate program, and seasonal hiring through event planning, data entry, resume processing, scheduling interviews, and administrative tasks.
