Lead incident response and breach defense matters: advise clients and carriers, oversee forensics and e-discovery, draft breach notices and policies, respond to regulators and litigation, supervise junior attorneys, and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Provide legal incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents: analyze breach/privacy laws, draft notifications and regulatory responses, oversee forensics and vendors, advise clients, prepare reports and budgets, and interface with clients and insurers.

Manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution, conduct investigations, develop discovery strategies and responses, oversee a national claims program, identify risks and efficiencies, and collaborate with clients, attorneys, partners, offices, and practice groups. The role requires strong litigation, discovery, client counseling, analytical, organizational, communication, and technical skills in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.
