Lead incident response and breach defense matters: advise clients and carriers, oversee forensics and e-discovery, draft breach notices and policies, respond to regulators and litigation, supervise junior attorneys, and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Provide legal incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents: analyze breach/privacy laws, draft notifications and regulatory responses, oversee forensics and vendors, advise clients, prepare reports and budgets, and interface with clients and insurers.

Manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution, conduct investigations, develop discovery strategies and responses, oversee a national claims program, identify risks and efficiencies, and collaborate with clients, attorneys, partners, offices, and practice groups. The role requires strong litigation, discovery, client counseling, analytical, organizational, communication, and technical skills in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.

Provide strategic litigation discovery and investigation support: identify discovery issues, collaborate with inside and outside counsel, craft tailored discovery responses aligned with national strategies, and improve discovery processes in a fast-paced environment.

Represent clients in defense litigation across complex tort, general casualty, employment, construction, professional and product liability matters. Manage cases through all litigation stages, prepare discovery and motions, conduct depositions and court appearances, collaborate with partners, and communicate status and strategy to clients.
