Manage and grow mid-size contractor accounts by building relationships, generating leads, executing account business plans, meeting sales quotas, resolving service issues, maintaining product knowledge, and submitting required sales reports.

The Account Manager in the Accelerated Sales Program will undergo training to learn the company's business model and sales techniques, prepare account plans, and sell products, while working closely with experienced team members.

Drive product sales and specification adoption by architects, engineers, DOTs, and contractors through technical presentations, training, solution design, and relationship building. Monitor market and competitors, support product launches, provide field feedback to internal teams, and maintain CRM records. Frequent overnight travel required; acceptable motor vehicle record needed.
