Owns lifecycle and engagement marketing for health benefits members across email, SMS, direct mail, print, digital, landing pages, and inbound flows. Builds segmentation, campaigns, testing programs, client engagement playbooks, and compliant Medicare communications. Manages engagement and enrollment funnels, marketing automation, CRM data flows, dashboards, and collaboration with agents, Customer Success, design, and product teams.

Own day-to-day HR operations for a fully remote, multi-state workforce. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, benefits and HRIS administration, employee records, reporting, performance review coordination, compliance, leave administration, policy development, employee relations, manager support, and culture initiatives. The role partners with a PEO and fractional Chief People Officer while building scalable HR processes in a growing company.

Build and ship full-stack product features across HR-facing and employee health insurance platforms. Partner directly with stakeholders, own product decisions, integrate LLM-driven agents and experiences, maintain code quality, improve observability, and help establish the technical foundation using modern AI development tools.
