Lead and grow a global procurement legal team providing strategic counsel on vendor and third-party contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology licenses (SaaS, cloud), services, telecom, hardware, marketing, and real estate agreements. Develop templates and playbooks, manage contract risk and disputes, partner with Procurement and Vendor Risk, and advise senior business leaders to align legal strategy with commercial objectives while improving legal processes.

Support Corporate Payments commercial and transactional work: draft/revise NDAs and revenue-generating contracts, manage contract lifecycle in Malbek, handle matter intake in Xakia, assist attorneys with transaction documents, coordinate approvals/execution, and collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Risk.

Lead FP&A planning and forecasting for HR, Finance, and Legal; build models and dashboards, analyze variances, track cost-efficiency, support executives, and drive process improvements using planning tools.
