Teams at WeWork

Manage member experience and retention at a WeWork location by onboarding new members, hosting events, resolving member issues, supporting front desk and building operations, ensuring safety and security, and assisting sales efforts to drive community engagement and satisfaction.

Serve as the on-site, weekday-facing representative of WeWork: greet and check in members and guests, manage front desk operations (mail, keys, orientations), support member engagement, maintain building amenities and cleanliness, escalate incidents, and promote WeWork products while supporting the Community Management team.
