Develops and expands business opportunities, customer and supplier relationships, product lines, and market segments. Leads account business development, financial analysis, negotiations, acquisitions, partnerships, customer training, and implementation teams. Identifies cost savings, evaluates market opportunities, supports revenue growth, and acts as a liaison between customers, suppliers, marketing, and operations. Requires substantial industry knowledge, relationship-building, analytical, negotiation, and travel capabilities.

Supports tax planning for reorganizations, acquisitions, intercompany financing, distributions, and international tax matters. Performs tax research, modeling, compliance, provision, audit, and reporting activities; collaborates with external providers; maintains workplans and SOX 404 controls; monitors tax law changes; and mentors junior staff.
