Drive strategic and operational plans, continuous improvement (Lean), budget adherence, talent development, sales coaching, and cross-functional alignment to ensure profitable growth and excellent customer service.

Manage and grow a book of larger, complex accounts via proactive inside sales. Meet sales and profitability targets, upsell products/services, develop relationships, qualify opportunities, report market feedback, and mentor other inside sales reps while collaborating with outside sales.

Drive wireless business growth across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic by identifying and developing new opportunities, managing pipeline and forecasts, retaining and expanding customer relationships, coordinating with partners and internal teams, leading account rollouts and local implementation teams, and delivering financial analysis and cost-savings initiatives.
