Leads software testing, qualification, and test automation strategy while managing software developers and testers. Establishes testing best practices, design-control-aligned processes, continuous integration testing, automation frameworks, traceability, and verification documentation. Supports defect investigation, test estimation, complex embedded software and firmware testing, and cross-functional collaboration with software, systems, hardware, and program management teams. Oversees staffing, performance management, career development, coaching, and team compliance.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based motion control systems using bare-metal and RTOS environments. Implement drivers, interrupt service routines, DMA, sensor interfaces, communication protocols, and stepper motor controls. Support board bring-up, hardware integration, debugging, testing, root-cause analysis, documentation, and code reviews while collaborating with hardware engineers.

Architect and develop scalable test automation frameworks, infrastructure, and standards across firmware, components, APIs, integrated systems, UI, and cloud environments. Build reusable harnesses, simulators, mocks, and test libraries; integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines; support virtualized and containerized execution; troubleshoot complex system failures; improve testability, observability, and reliability; and mentor automation engineers across multiple programs.
