Own full‑cycle recruiting across sales, operations, engineering, and clinical roles. Partner with hiring managers to build interview plans, source and screen candidates, manage pipelines through offer, maintain Ashby ATS and reporting, implement AI to streamline hiring, and build employer brand and candidate experience.

Lead and optimize email and direct mail enrollment programs, run structured experiments, analyze the enrollment funnel, integrate offline and online channels, support employer/health-plan stakeholders, present insights to leadership, and maintain team marketing operations. Drive segmentation, personalization, creative testing, and lifecycle architecture to increase member enrollments.

Own enterprise client relationships to drive engagement, retention, renewals, and expansion. Deliver data-driven business reviews, resolve client issues, contribute playbooks, and collaborate cross-functionally. Travel 20–30% as needed to build strong partnerships.
