Owns WellSky solution lifecycles from inception through delivery by gathering client needs, defining requirements, supporting roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with Agile development teams. Leads Scrum ceremonies, manages JIRA requirements, creates user stories and documentation, supports compliance, and tracks solution success through KPIs and adoption metrics. The role requires laboratory technology or blood banking experience, familiarity with WellSky Transfusion, and up to 20% travel.

Serve as primary client contact for medical coders: provide training, conduct coding reviews and audits, give coding compliance feedback, escalate issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve coding quality and client satisfaction.
