Supports Client Success Managers with account growth and retention initiatives, client reporting, annual and quarterly review presentations, marketing asset packets, CRM updates, client launches, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. The role provides operational and administrative support across key enterprise accounts and contributes to reporting and process improvement efforts.

Lead multiple backend engineering squads responsible for scalable member-platform systems. Manage and mentor engineers, oversee delivery and technical strategy, improve reliability and performance through SLOs, modernize cloud and event-driven architectures, ensure data integrity, and partner with Product, Data, Design, and Infrastructure. The role also includes technical design reviews, workforce planning, security and compliance practices, incident learning, and cloud cost management.

Leads North America accounting operations, including general ledger and operating expense close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Manages and develops a multi-level accounting team, establishes accountability and review standards, resolves accounting issues, partners with FP&A and stakeholders, and drives scalable process improvements across evolving systems and business operations.
