Manage end-to-end procurement contract lifecycle: draft, review, negotiate, and execute NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and order forms. Maintain contract repository, coordinate internal reviews with legal, security, finance and procurement, provide stakeholder guidance, prepare summaries and risk analyses, and improve templates, workflows, and compliance processes across jurisdictions.

Support ingredient specification development and documentation for beverage production. Lead ingredient-related initiatives, maintain SOPs and laboratory records, input data to databases, communicate with vendors, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams. Provide cross-functional training and update procedures as needed.

Drive revenue through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, build and manage a multi-industry sales pipeline, conduct discovery, present tailored solutions, close deals, collaborate with marketing/product/customer success, track activities in CRM, and support regional growth initiatives.
