The Principal Engineer will shape the technical strategy for messaging infrastructure, influence architectural decisions across teams, and solve complex technical problems. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, driving coherence across teams, and leading initiatives to ensure Weave's competitiveness in messaging solutions.

Lead multi-year technical vision and architecture for Payments, Scheduling, Forms, RCM and mobile platforms. Drive cross-team solutions, evaluate build-vs-buy, mentor senior engineers, set company-wide engineering standards, and ensure scalability, reliability, and observability for high-throughput distributed systems.
