Provide advanced billing and scheduling support for neurology, lead and train staff, manage provider schedules and templates, triage phone/email communications, perform registration and insurance collection, prepare reports, participate in quality improvement, and coordinate administrative operations.

Provides phone- and email-based patient scheduling and registration, obtains insurance/referral information, counsels on financial assistance, explains billing, coordinates with clinical staff, and maintains appointment reminders and scheduling templates.

Manage pre- and post-award sponsored research lifecycle for psychiatry faculty: prepare and submit complex proposals, manage budgets and subawards, ensure regulatory compliance, produce financial reports, coordinate with SPA/OSRS, close out awards, and serve as liaison to PIs and leadership. Support ARPA-H, DOD, DOE and other federal proposals and troubleshoot fund/profile issues.
