Recruit, onboard, activate, and enable cloud technology channel partners and MSPs. Build productive partner relationships, drive adoption of channel programs, establish joint business plans, achieve sales targets, coordinate partner resources, and support sales through partner organizations. Use Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and AI tools to identify prospects, track activity, and forecast opportunities.

Manage and close mid-market sales opportunities, forecast revenue, maintain pipeline accuracy, and develop new business through outbound prospecting, campaigns, business development leads, and reseller partners. Act as a consultative storage resource, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage customer and partner relationships, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with channel teams, and support passed-to-partner programs. Regional travel is required as needed for customer, partner, and industry events.

Lead Salesforce and billing platform engineering with an emphasis on AI-driven automation. Build scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, Flow, LWC), pilot LLM/agent workflows, modernize CI/CD and test automation, support Quote-to-Cash and billing processes, collaborate across product and finance, drive technical debt reduction, and mentor junior engineers.
