Teams at Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs

Provides overnight therapeutic support for children with severe emotional and behavioral needs in residential care. Implements treatment plans, manages crises, supports social and behavioral development, mentors shift staff, completes administrative and safety tasks, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. May lead overnight campus operations when supervisors are absent.

Lead day-to-day finance operations, month-end close, grant accounting and compliance, revenue recognition, payroll recording, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements. Partner with program managers and external agencies to ensure grant compliance, prepare invoices/reimbursements, maintain accounting systems, and mentor junior staff.

Provide therapeutic milieu and supervision for children with emotional and behavioral challenges; implement treatment and individual support plans; plan social and recreational programming; participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, documentation, and professional development; ensure safety, licensing standards, and transport children as needed.
