Teams at Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs

Provide therapeutic milieu and supervision for children with emotional and behavioral challenges; implement treatment and individual support plans; plan social and recreational programming; participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, documentation, and professional development; ensure safety, licensing standards, and transport children as needed.

Provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy to CBAT youth; manage a small caseload, complete assessments, treatment and discharge planning, coordinate with external systems, offer clinical consultation to staff, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, assist with admissions and serve on rotating on-call coverage.

Lead EHR strategy, optimization, governance, training, and support. Coordinate implementations, UAT, workflow design, data quality, role-based access, change management, and vendor/integrations to improve adoption and reporting across programs.
