The role requires analytical, quantitative, communication, organizational, and database skills, with hybrid attendance Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility Mondays and Fridays.

Supports multifamily investment sales through financial modeling, market research, underwriting, marketing materials, transaction coordination, due diligence, file audits, and sales-progress monitoring. The role maintains real estate databases, assists with offering memorandums and broker opinions of value, prepares market presentations, coordinates required disclosures, and ensures deadlines and closing contingencies are managed. Strong Excel, financial modeling, communication, organizational, and quality-control skills are required.

Provides senior legal counsel on technology, product development, data privacy, governance, licensing, cybersecurity, and responsible AI. Advises Product and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, leads privacy compliance, negotiates SaaS and technology agreements, manages privacy vendors, and partners with Procurement on contract lifecycle processes. Balances legal, business, policy, and reputational risks while advising senior stakeholders and counterparties.
