Own complex, multi-site enterprise robotics customer programs from scoping through production deployment and early adoption. Lead cross-functional technical, operational, and business stakeholders; manage customer relationships, KPIs, health, issue escalation, and deployment success. Translate field insights into product requirements, advocate for customer needs, mentor teammates, and establish repeatable Customer Success processes. The role requires frequent domestic site travel and hands-on technical communication with executives and field operators.

Own day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly close, revenue recognition, deferred revenue, equity, inventory, billing, collections, and expense classification. Manage outsourced accounting, support future team growth, lead audit and tax relationships, and deliver flux analysis and KPI reporting. The role also requires building scalable cross-functional accounting processes for a growing robotics startup.

Owns HR operations and people infrastructure, including HRIS administration, benefits, multi-state compliance, employee relations, offboarding, immigration support, onboarding coordination, vendor management, and process scaling. Serves as the primary HR contact for employees and managers and will eventually manage an HR Coordinator.
