Develop, implement, and support automated production test systems using LabVIEW, TestStand, and XJTAG. Integrate NI and third-party instrumentation, create boundary-scan routines, lead NPI test development, maintain production test stations, analyze test data to improve yield, document procedures, and mentor junior staff.

Lead and manage low-complexity new product development projects across cross-functional teams. Plan and control schedule, budget, scope, quality, and risks; maintain integrated project plans and financials; support portfolio and technology R&D processes; drive cost targets, change management, status reporting, PMO deliverables, and continuous improvement.
