Lead employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and retention initiatives for field-based clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring multi-state legal compliance and support for high-acuity patient populations.

Own end-to-end multi-state payroll processing, employer payroll tax compliance, and business licensing for a ~230-person remote-first workforce. Process biweekly and off-cycle payrolls in Rippling, reconcile taxes, manage registrations and notices, maintain W-2/ACA and licensing inventories, and develop SOPs and controls while partnering with People Ops, Finance, Legal, and operations teams.

Lead Care Manager coordinates care for vulnerable members, assesses needs, develops care plans, connects clients to services, documents in EMR/CRM, and uses evidence-based practices to promote wellness and access to care.
