The role requires strong project management, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, along with a bachelor's degree and at least four years of life sciences consulting experience.

Leads life sciences consulting engagements, including strategic solution delivery, complex program and risk management, executive recommendations, stakeholder relationships, business development, thought leadership, and team development. The role drives client transformation across healthcare and life sciences while contributing to firm growth, culture, inclusion, and organizational improvement.
