Produce content (case studies, battlecards), run competitive research, support launches and campaigns, capture customer voice, and initially act as a hands-on individual contributor with plans to hire and grow the team.

Diagnose and resolve complex customer-reported issues, improve platform reliability and performance, maintain backend systems, APIs and data pipelines, participate in incident response and on-call rotations, and collaborate with Customer Success to deliver durable engineering solutions.
