As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will enhance customer workflows, provide technical support, and secure technical validation, focusing on cybersecurity solutions.

Lead product marketing for VulnCheck by developing messaging, GTM strategies, and sales enablement. Produce content (case studies, battlecards), run competitive research, support launches and campaigns, capture customer voice, and initially act as a hands-on individual contributor with plans to hire and grow the team.

Lead HRIS implementation and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, I-9 compliance, offboarding). Build benefits and multi-jurisdiction compliance (US, UK, Singapore), administer performance cycles, and create people insights reporting to inform leadership and comp planning.

Lead and grow engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, ensure high-quality delivery of cybersecurity platform features, and foster collaboration across departments.

Diagnose and resolve complex customer-reported issues, improve platform reliability and performance, maintain backend systems, APIs and data pipelines, participate in incident response and on-call rotations, and collaborate with Customer Success to deliver durable engineering solutions.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for VulnCheck's cybersecurity SaaS products. Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to translate customer and market insights into prioritized requirements, drive discovery through launch and iteration, own revenue outcomes, and track product metrics to inform future investments.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Own services end-to-end, improve performance, reliability, and observability, debug production issues, lead technical design, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
