Owns enterprise source control and release engineering strategy, consolidating Git platforms and standardizing secure CI/CD workflows. Administers GitLab and GitHub, builds pipelines, and operates shared container registry, object storage, and secrets-management services. Develops infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation and automation using Python, PowerShell, and Bash. Supports Docker and Kubernetes workflows, security scanning, observability, compliance, documentation, and cross-functional platform governance.

Leads Voyager’s global trade compliance program, covering ITAR, EAR, OFAC sanctions, customs, imports, anti-boycott rules, product classification, licensing, screening, audits, incident response, and government inquiries. Advises executives and cross-functional teams on international trade risks, supports global expansion and M&A, and builds and manages the trade compliance team. Serves as Export Control Officer and empowered official.

Administer and support the SAP Concur platform, including configuration, user access, expense policies, workflows, audit rules, integrations, reporting, and data quality. Troubleshoot employee and finance issues, coordinate with internal teams and SAP Concur support, maintain documentation and controls, support audits, and deliver training. The role also improves travel and expense processes and supports integrations with HR, identity management, corporate card, accounting, and ERP systems.
