Lead business development and capture for space mission management across commercial, civil (NASA), and national security customers. Identify and prioritize opportunities, build customer and partner relationships, develop account and capture strategies, drive proposal development and customer-facing narratives, translate customer needs into mission concepts with engineering teams, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM.

Lead business development for Voyager's space portfolio across NASA, foreign space agencies, DoD, and commercial customers. Develop and execute BD strategy, manage capture lifecycle (RFIs/RFPs), build pipelines, form strategic partnerships, coordinate cross-functional teams, attend industry events, and drive bookings while fostering entrepreneurial culture.

The Senior Program Manager oversees IT program management, ensuring projects align with strategic goals, manage lifecycle processes, and drive governance and compliance across Voyager's IT portfolio.
