Drives discovery, strategy, and delivery of data products for Retail Wealth Management. Translates business needs into technical requirements, defines product vision and roadmaps, prioritizes backlogs, and partners with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders. The role oversees data solution design, requirements, user stories, analytics, adoption, and value measurement while facilitating Agile planning. It also mentors junior product professionals and presents recommendations to senior leadership.

Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, mobile equipment, networks, credentials, and AV systems. Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and software; manage tickets, SLAs, IT assets, office moves, and technology refreshes. Support incident, problem, change, and release management while delivering high-quality deskside service and collaborating with IT teams.

Serve as the primary contact for retail clients and retirement plan participants, handling inbound service calls, account servicing, funding paperwork, trading support, rollovers, and follow-up activities. Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, plan sponsors, agents, and brokers to resolve client needs. Maintain compliance, track open items, and study during work hours for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, with potential progression into a licensed wealth consultant role.
