Leads the enterprise technology roadmap for Voya’s AI-native wealth management platform, aligning business strategy, product management, customer experience, and engineering execution. Drives a unified digital experience across retirement, wealth management, employee benefits, and investment management. Oversees cross-functional prioritization, AI and cloud adoption, platform integration, stakeholder alignment, governance, and business outcomes including client engagement, retention, cross-sell growth, and digital adoption.

Own the 12–18 month technology roadmap for Voya’s advisor experience, including AI copilots, proposal generation, client context, and next-best-action tools. Lead discovery, product specifications, AI evaluation, prioritization, launches, adoption measurement, and compliance coordination. Partner closely with engineering, wealth management, advisors, legal, and supervision while managing and coaching a small product team. Ensure products improve advisor capacity, client outcomes, and regulated financial-services workflows.

Owns the end-to-end customer experience strategy and multi-year roadmap for a major line of business. Translates business goals into customer-centric initiatives, prioritizes execution, embeds voice-of-customer insights, tracks CX metrics, and leads cross-functional alignment across business, technology, marketing, and operations. Presents outcomes to executives and guides CX Directors and Consultants while influencing without direct authority.
