Manage and grow strategic relationships with Vizrt's largest US sports league accounts. Retain baseline revenue, expand solution footprints, build account plans, drive renewals, coordinate with customer success, lead complex negotiations, forecast pipeline, and identify new sales opportunities to meet growth objectives.

Provide global second-line support for Vizrt graphics customers: troubleshoot inbound cases via phone/chat/email/portal, escalate when needed, mentor Level I engineers, visit customer sites, manage KPIs, contribute to QBRs, run knowledge-sharing and cover manager duties during absences.
