Supports and enhances software, data, reporting, integration, and internal systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting applications and data pipelines, maintaining SQL and Power BI environments, writing code, debugging APIs, supporting deployments and incident response, documenting solutions, working helpdesk tickets, and applying approved AI tools securely. Collaborates with engineers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, automate work, improve systems, and reduce operational burden.

Leads user acceptance testing across software releases, including planning, test scenarios, tester coordination, defect tracking, triage, sign-off, and release readiness reporting. Independently performs business analysis for smaller initiatives by facilitating requirements discovery, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinating stakeholders, and validating delivered solutions. Maintains requirements and UAT documentation, supports Agile ceremonies, and drives cross-functional activities to resolution.

Lead mortgage-focused, cross-functional projects from planning through delivery. Define scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and success measures; manage risks, communications, governance, and executive reporting. Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies; facilitate ceremonies, coordinate requirements and UAT, manage backlogs, remove impediments, and support adoption. Improve project execution, collaboration, process maturity, and operational effectiveness while aligning initiatives with business goals.
