Deliver recurring and ad hoc commercial analytics, client reporting, performance-guarantee calculations, dashboards, and value measurement. Define and govern metrics, validate data, improve documentation and workflows, and automate repeatable processes. Partner with Client Success, Commercial, Finance, Product, and Analytics teams to translate complex questions into actionable insights, client-ready narratives, and recommendations that strengthen client relationships and inform business strategy.

Build and operate Go backend services powering Virta’s quote-to-cash systems, including contracts, pricing, billing, subscriptions, invoices, claims, and reconciliation. Lead ambiguous projects from design through production, improve billing correctness, create self-service tools for finance and operations, collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders, apply AI to development workflows, and mentor engineers. Work across application and analytics layers using event-driven architectures, SQL, cloud infrastructure, React, and TypeScript.

Execute and optimize multi-channel lifecycle acquisition and engagement campaigns across email, direct mail, and SMS using Braze. Manage segmentation, personalization, triggers, testing, campaign analytics, timelines, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies. Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities while supporting broader growth initiatives such as webinars, landing-page tests, SEO, and SEM. Build AI-assisted workflows to improve campaign execution and project management.
