Maintain HRIS records in Paylocity; administer benefits, enrollments, COBRA, FMLA/PFML and disability claims; manage onboarding, unemployment insurance, and payroll coordination; generate HR reports and analytics; support CHRO, liaise with vendors and brokers, coordinate open enrollment and 401(k), and provide first-line employee HR support.

Provide awake overnight direct care for residents in a 24-person substance use disorder residential program. Monitor and document medication administration, conduct rounds, maintain a safe therapeutic milieu, facilitate or co-facilitate groups, input client data into EHRs, make referrals, and report to the Program Director.

Provide client-centered case management for individuals transitioning from homelessness while coordinating CSP-HI program implementation, compliance, referrals, data entry, staff training, and cross-program collaboration to ensure housing stabilization and continuity of care.

Provide on-call support and staff training.

Lead all financial functions for a $30M+ nonprofit, including financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, audits, internal controls, payroll, billing, and revenue cycle. Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and Board, manage the finance team, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize resource allocation, and evaluate growth, partnership, and M&A opportunities. Reports to Program Director.

Provide basic finance support including processing accounts payable/receivable in Business Central, preparing monthly billings, assisting month- and year-end close, reconciling credit cards and donations, gathering backup for audits, generating financial reports, and supporting staff on financial and billing procedures.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, maintain ATS (Paylocity), run background checks, craft offer letters, attend recruiting events, support HR projects, and provide general HR team support.
