Manages cross-functional 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline projects and SAMHSA grant deliverables. Tracks progress, risks, blockers, timelines, and requirements; develops work plans, feasibility recommendations, executive presentations, and contingency plans. Partners with internal teams, leadership, contractors, and external stakeholders to improve grant development, reporting, project management processes, and organizational outcomes.

Leads Salesforce CRM engineering for platform reliability, technical delivery, and team development. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring CRM engineers, hands-on Salesforce configuration and Apex/LWC development, integrations, APIs, data migration, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, release management, technical documentation, production incident response, and platform optimization. The role partners with architects, product, security, data, QA, vendors, and DevSecOps while maintaining engineering standards and addressing technical debt, risks, and dependencies.

Analyzes complex program data across Family and Youth Peer Support Services, ensuring data quality, managing reporting systems, developing dashboards and performance reports, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights. The role coordinates cross-site reporting, supports data collection and process improvement, presents findings to leadership and external stakeholders, and provides technical guidance and training to program staff.
