Design, build, and maintain core platform services and AWS infrastructure (search, file management, identity, auth, workspaces, AI infra). Own multi-month initiatives end-to-end, enforce service patterns and SDK stewardship, improve observability and security, debug distributed systems, mentor engineers, and partner cross-functionally to drive platform strategy.

Own organic demand channels (LinkedIn, SEO/AEO, website), support ABM and paid media, track performance (pipeline, MQLs, conversions), and work with VP of GTM to scale demand programs for a B2B SaaS product.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise retail customers post-sale to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead implementations, deliver training, handle escalations, track milestones for billing, collaborate with Product/Engineering, run QBRs, and own renewals and customer health.
