Provide direct nursing care to senior living residents, assist with ADLs, identify and monitor medical and behavioral changes, develop and reassess care plans, supervise/responsibly delegate to resident assistants, follow physician orders, coordinate nursing services with other disciplines, and report community and resident conditions to the Director of Health Services.

Lead the community's HR and business office functions, including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, HRIS and records management, accounts payable oversight, team leadership, coaching, and reporting on HR metrics to support retention and organizational goals.

Prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays and meals to health center residents, set up and break down dining areas, transport hot/cold foods and non-food items, and follow diet orders and safety standards.
