Build and deliver production-grade agentic AI systems for wealth management, using Java and modern software engineering practices. Responsibilities include designing scalable architectures, developing and testing solutions, applying AI-assisted development tools, validating adaptive systems, participating in deployments and code reviews, troubleshooting root causes, and contributing to reusable engineering foundations. The role also requires collaboration in architecture discussions, continuous learning, and understanding business outcomes.

Supports managed account operations across multiple clients, including account administration, reconciliations, corporate actions, security master processes, performance reporting, onboarding, system testing, and exception resolution. The role requires daily transaction processing, accurate documentation, client communication, coordination with operations and technology teams, and participation in workflow improvements and platform enhancements.

Produces and maintains client-facing and internal technical documentation, including online help, release overviews, bug fix notes, upgrade packages, newsletters, and special-project content. Coordinates reviews with Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Delivery teams. Requires technical writing experience for software products and familiarity with single-source authoring tools, software development processes, source control, and issue-tracking systems.
