Leads global strategic data center accounts, driving revenue growth, account expansion, customer retention, and long-term partnerships. Serves as the executive customer interface, develops account strategies, influences senior decision-makers, manages complex opportunities, and coordinates cross-functional teams across regions and business units. Requires strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and experience closing complex transactions. The role involves extensive domestic and international travel and is responsible for meeting financial and growth targets.

Perform acceptance, commissioning, maintenance, and diagnostic testing on electrical power systems up to 500kV. Conduct power system studies, protective relay testing, insulation and contact resistance testing, troubleshooting, and engineering report preparation. Mentor junior technicians, lead multidisciplinary projects, and ensure compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards. The role requires extensive regional and national travel.

Lead and manage a regional team delivering engineering studies and protection & controls services. Drive pipeline growth with sales, manage backlog, mentor engineers, oversee project execution and financials, coordinate with service centers and Manila team, and perform technical work as needed to meet regional goals.
