Serves as the microbiology subject matter expert for microbial control strategies, investigations, CAPAs, compliance, contract laboratory oversight, regulatory submissions, inspections, and commercialization support. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across global pharmaceutical operations.
