Leads technical delivery and governance for Microsoft 365 Modern Work and enterprise AI platforms. Owns solution design, implementation, change control, automation, incident escalation, root cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement. Provides technical authority across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Power Platform, agents, and AI governance. Partners with business, security, privacy, legal, compliance, identity, vendors, and operations teams in a regulated enterprise environment.

Leads integrated customer experience activation strategy, translating customer journeys into digital capabilities, platform requirements, and business roadmaps. Owns website product strategy, marketing automation, customer data activation, orchestration, and agentic AI portfolios. Partners with technology and analytics teams to deliver scalable, governed, measurable engagement capabilities. Oversees vendors, leads cross-functional alignment, and manages and develops a team of 10 direct reports.

Leads the architecture, development, and operation of Vertex’s enterprise agentic AI platform. Responsibilities include building RAG and knowledge retrieval systems, orchestration services, AI gateways, control towers, governance and guardrails, model routing, FinOps, observability, evaluation frameworks, and lifecycle management. The role defines technical standards and roadmaps, ensures scalability and security, partners across functions, evaluates emerging technologies, and mentors engineers while remaining hands-on.
