Teams at Vertex Pharmaceuticals

Perform statistical analyses for clinical trials, observational studies, and RWD; design and execute statistical infrastructure; author SAPs and sample size/randomization plans; collaborate with programming and cross-functional teams to produce TFLs and CSRs; participate in data review, dissemination, and methodological publications; provide and receive mentoring on complex issues.

Provide manager-facing HR advisory support for Corporate Functions, coaching leaders on performance, conduct, workforce changes, leave/accommodation, restructures, and talent programs. Enable talent planning, program rollout, organizational health analysis, and cross-HR coordination to ensure consistent, values-aligned people decisions and scalable HR delivery.
