Verse Medical Benefits Overview

Leads strategic growth with national and regional health plans, owning enterprise sales targets, executive relationships, complex contract negotiations, deal progression, quota attainment, and implementations. Develops pricing and SLA models with legal and data teams, collaborates with marketing, removes sales blockers, represents the company at customer meetings and conferences, and builds repeatable sales processes. Requires extensive healthcare and health-plan sales experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and leadership ability.

Own and expand relationships with regional, national, and third-party administrator payor accounts. Lead partnership reviews, develop multi-year account plans, identify expansion opportunities, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with enterprise partnerships, clinical, marketing, revenue cycle, and operations teams. Serve as a subject-matter expert on Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, and Commercial payor priorities while delivering a strong home healthcare experience.
