Provides administrative, financial, procurement, reporting, invoicing, vendor management, records maintenance, and information-systems support for USACE maintenance and repair projects. Validates funding and expenditure data, processes requisitions and purchase orders, maintains contract documentation, supports purchasing and shipping, coordinates system access and CAC packages, and troubleshoots issues with project, procurement, accounting, and subcontractor teams. The role is primarily remote with occasional domestic travel and field or client-site meetings.

Leads federal proposal pricing and cost-volume development for task orders, recompetes, modifications, and strategic pursuits. Builds Excel-based models, performs labor, subcontractor, competitor, margin, and cost-realism analyses, and develops pricing narratives and Basis of Estimate documentation. Ensures compliance with FAR, CAS, DCAA, DCMA, and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data requirements. Partners with business development, operations, contracts, procurement, and finance while presenting pricing risks, scenarios, and recommendations to senior leadership.
