Teams at Verily

Drive end-to-end software delivery for data exploration, processing, and the Verily Workbench platform. Manage cross-team dependencies, agile ceremonies, roadmaps, KPIs, risks, and organizational change. Partner with engineering, product, quality, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives predictably. Coach squads on agile practices, resolve conflicts, communicate execution health to senior leadership, and support secure, compliant healthcare and research data platforms.

Develop and deliver full-stack software features for Verily’s precision-health products. The role involves designing technical solutions, comparing implementation options, collaborating with development teams, and building personalized, data-driven experiences. Engineers use GitHub, Google Cloud, Go, React, Docker, and Terraform. Responsibilities may include scalable data processing pipelines and healthcare data integrations using technologies such as BigQuery and HL7 FHIR.

Design and deploy generative AI workflows and multi-agent architectures for healthcare applications. Curate EHR and claims data, extract clinical variables from unstructured medical text, and develop evaluation pipelines for agent safety, accuracy, factuality, and compliance. Apply advanced machine learning, NLP, and LLM techniques to create trustworthy longitudinal datasets supporting autonomous care agents and clinical decision tools. Communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
