Own the Workbench platform’s observability, telemetry, FinOps, customer budgeting, support tools, documentation, and enablement strategy. Responsibilities may include scalable data processing pipelines and healthcare data integrations using technologies such as BigQuery and HL7 FHIR.

Design and deploy generative AI workflows and multi-agent architectures for healthcare applications. Curate EHR and claims data, extract clinical variables from unstructured medical text, and develop evaluation pipelines for agent safety, accuracy, factuality, and compliance. Apply advanced machine learning, NLP, and LLM techniques to create trustworthy longitudinal datasets supporting autonomous care agents and clinical decision tools. Communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leads evidence-generation activities across clinical studies, registries, pragmatic trials, real-world evidence studies, and AI evaluations. Designs protocols and analysis plans, reviews clinical data and AI outputs, ensures scientific and regulatory rigor, manages research partnerships, contributes to publications, and serves as a clinical subject matter expert for product and commercial teams. The role requires hands-on leadership, clinical research expertise, epidemiological and biostatistical fluency, and experience working with health systems, payers, investigators, and pharmaceutical partners.

Design, implement, launch, and maintain user-facing features for the Verily Me iOS app. Collaborate with product, UX, test, and engineering teams to ensure cross-platform consistency, regulatory compliance, quality, and strong user experience. Participate in code and design reviews and improve mobile developer productivity.

Lead commercialization of Verily Workbench TRE: translate customer discovery into prioritized roadmap features, design pricing and solution bundles, develop repeatable delivery playbooks, create sales enablement and demos, and coordinate across product and commercial teams to drive adoption and time-to-value.

Develop and maintain user-facing features for Verily Me, an iOS app, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience in healthcare delivery.

Develop and maintain regulatory compliance frameworks for consumer, research, and SaMD (including AI/ML) products. Partner with engineering, product, and quality teams to embed US regulatory requirements into development workflows, author regulatory documentation and submissions, apply statistical methods for performance evaluation and post-market surveillance, and monitor evolving regulatory landscapes to support pre- and post-market compliance and ex-US expansion.

Lead design, implementation, and governance of Verily's Quality Management System across consumer, research, SaMD, and AI/ML products. Drive ISO 13485 maintenance and certifications, develop AI/ML quality frameworks, analyze quality metrics, manage CAPA and risk processes, staff and mentor QA teams, and embed quality practices into engineering and product workflows.

Lead integration of cybersecurity into the Software QMS and SDLC for consumer, research, and SaMD products. Guide creation/maintenance of design files, risk management, verification/validation, post-market surveillance, CAPA and audit responses, and cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives to meet FDA and international medical device standards.

Design, build, and deliver full-stack features for consumer health products. Collaborate cross-functionally, propose technical solutions, and use tools like GitHub, GCP, Go, React, and Terraform to implement scalable data integrations and patient-facing experiences.

The Customer Success Manager will build relationships with key stakeholders, manage client interactions, secure renewals, identify revenue opportunities, and track success metrics to achieve customer objectives.

Lead end-to-end UX design for patient and clinical staff products within Verily Care Solutions. Collaborate with researchers, PMs, engineers, and clinicians to discover, iterate, and deliver accessible app and responsive web experiences. Contribute to the design system, support implementation with engineering, and evangelize user-centered design.

Designs FHIR-compliant clinical data models and develops harmonization, enrichment, and validation strategies across EHR, HIE, and claims data. Serves as a subject matter expert for clinical ontologies and value sets, maintains data quality and longitudinal integrity, and documents requirements for engineering teams. Requires expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, clinical informatics, Python, and SQL, with preferred experience in dbt, Jupyter Notebooks, and healthcare data integration.

Leads healthcare data architecture, modeling, normalization, transformation, and integration across FHIR, OMOP, STDM, HL7, and related standards. Oversees data pipelines, terminology mapping, deduplication, quality initiatives, interoperability strategies, and technical documentation. Collaborates across technical and non-technical teams to resolve complex data issues and explore AI and machine learning applications. Requires deep expertise in clinical informatics, healthcare data standards, SQL, Python, R, dbt, ETL, cloud platforms, and version control.

The Customer Success Manager will build relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction and renewals within strategic accounts. Responsibilities include managing client interactions and escalating issues for resolution.
