Lead the technical strategy for enterprise deals, engage with C-suite stakeholders, architect solutions, conduct POCs, and mentor junior SEs.

Serve as primary contact for strategic enterprise accounts; drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Conduct QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, build custom reports and Salesforce workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor account health, and relay customer feedback to inform product roadmap.

The Enterprise Account Executive will demo and sell to large healthcare accounts, manage complex sales cycles, and articulate value propositions to decision-makers, driving new business in a growing market.
