Own end-to-end technical documentation for superconducting power delivery systems, including installation, operation and maintenance manuals, commissioning procedures, specifications, submittal packages, and training materials. Translate engineering source material into clear, safety-critical procedures for field users. Establish documentation templates, style standards, review workflows, version control, and scalable processes while coordinating with engineering, quality, manufacturing, field service, and product teams.

Create photorealistic 3D product renderings from CAD files and develop marketing assets including collateral, technical documentation, infographics, presentations, web graphics, and sales enablement materials. Establish VEIR’s visual design system, templates, rendering workflows, and asset libraries while translating complex power delivery technology into clear visual narratives. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales, manage stakeholder feedback, and deliver multiple projects under deadline.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, and testing of key assemblies for superconducting power systems. Own concept-to-production mechanical and thermal designs, perform FEA and structural assessments, define requirements and qualification testing, support cryogenic integration and deployments, and mentor junior engineers.
