The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design and testing of superconducting cable systems, ensuring effective integration and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead and manage the design, development, and integration of dielectric systems and fault handling architectures. Establish goals, collaborate with teams, and oversee testing campaigns to ensure reliable performance.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, and testing of key assemblies for superconducting power systems. Own concept-to-production mechanical and thermal designs, perform FEA and structural assessments, define requirements and qualification testing, support cryogenic integration and deployments, and mentor junior engineers.
