The Associate Consultant will join Veeva's Consultant Development Program, focusing on technical consulting and software solutions in the life sciences industry, assisting in project management and customer workshops.

Plan and execute customer advocacy and reference programs to showcase customer success across product lines. Create assets (case studies, videos, press releases, blogs), run integrated marketing campaigns for strategic accounts, coordinate with sales and customer success, manage timelines and budgets, track KPIs/ROI, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Lead a team delivering Veeva Commercial Content implementations, manage hiring and performance, ensure operational excellence, oversee staffing and delivery, support customer engagements (up to 25% time), drive adoption of new features, manage escalations, and partner cross-functionally to champion customer and employee success.
