Leads Veeva’s Global Data Science function, managing data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and analysts. Translates AI strategy into delivery plans, oversees advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, model management, infrastructure, testing, governance, and responsible AI practices. Partners with consulting, engineering, product, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, data-driven solutions for Life Sciences customers. Mentors teams of 10 or more and drives methodology, deployment, observability, and delivery excellence.

Leads Veeva’s Global Analytics data science function, managing data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and analysts. Translates AI strategy into delivery plans, oversees advanced analytics and generative AI solutions, establishes model management and testing methodologies, and ensures scalable data infrastructure, governance, security, and responsible AI practices. The role also partners with consulting, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions for Life Sciences customers.
