Support revenue accounting systems, reporting, and month-end close activities. Gather requirements and perform UAT for system enhancements, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, document processes, partner with cross-functional teams, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to ensure compliant, scalable revenue accounting.

Lead corporate legal matters including governance, entity management, M&A, equity plans, and financings. Support public company SEC reporting, negotiate transaction documents, manage outside counsel, and advise cross-functional stakeholders on disclosure, governance, and integration.
