Define large-scale network behavior around BGP, convergence, failover, and production failures. Lead technical direction, design standards, and customer deployments while writing production software in Go or Python for AI infrastructure.

Leads global people operations and strategic HR programs for a rapidly scaling, distributed technology company. Builds AI-enabled HR tooling and automations, manages global employment compliance and EOR infrastructure, administers Rippling, develops leadership training, and oversees culture and engagement programs across 21 countries. Partners with leadership on compensation, performance cycles, workforce expansion, policies, and operational infrastructure.

Build and lead vCluster Labs’ global VAR, OEM, distributor, and alliance channel from zero to revenue. Recruit and activate strategic partners, establish commercial models and deal registration, secure OEM integrations, drive co-selling and enablement, manage MDF, inspect partner pipeline, and own bookings. Initially operate as an individual contributor, then hire and lead the channel organization across North America, EMEA, and APJ.
