Provides remote executive and administrative support to nonprofit leaders, including inbox and calendar management, board and committee coordination, governance records, donor and CRM administration, gift processing, grant support, events, volunteers, reporting, correspondence, and meeting documentation. The role also manages client relationships, coordinates across time zones, protects sensitive information, and uses productivity and AI tools to streamline recurring work.

Manage clients’ sales pipelines through inbox management, LinkedIn and cold-email outreach, prospect research, CRM maintenance, qualification, proposals, scheduling, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting. Prepare sales collateral, support referrals and networking, coordinate handoffs, maintain outreach compliance, protect confidential data, and handle related administrative tasks. The role requires independent client ownership, strong communication, and at least 20 hours weekly in a remote contractor capacity.

Develop, maintain, migrate, and secure client websites, primarily using WordPress. Build front-end interfaces and PHP backends, manage ecommerce platforms, implement automations and integrations, optimize SEO and analytics, and provide ongoing technical support. The role requires managing multiple client projects, communicating technical information clearly, documenting work, and collaborating with designers and other contractors.
