Teams at Vantage Data Centers

Leads North American electrical engineering and design for data center development projects. Oversees strategic planning, technical standards, design documents, construction and commissioning support, QA/QC, vendors, budgets, schedules, and multi-project delivery. Manages and develops electrical engineering teams while collaborating with operations, sales, marketing, consultants, contractors, and executives. Requires extensive electrical design and construction expertise, data center experience, knowledge of power distribution and critical infrastructure systems, and 15–25% travel.

Manage accounting operations across North America, supporting monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, tenant billing, cost classification, lease-related reporting, financial reporting, fixed assets, and audit preparation. The role collaborates with Construction, Financial Analysis, and global finance teams to improve allocation processes, maintain audit-ready records, resolve discrepancies, and strengthen internal controls.

The Vice President of Global Media Relations will build and lead Vantage’s global media relations function, develop proactive corporate narratives, manage reputation and crisis communications, cultivate journalist relationships, and elevate executive visibility. The role oversees media strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC; addresses misinformation; supports community and regional communications; measures media impact; manages agencies; and builds a global team. The position requires extensive media relations leadership in complex, highly scrutinized industries and includes up to 25% travel.
