The Senior Account Executive will manage the sales cycle, improve sales processes, acquire new customers, and maintain customer relationships, while exceeding sales targets.

Own end-to-end compensation for EPD and G&A: benchmarking, band design, full merit and equity cycles, analytical modeling, and comp system management (Pave, Carta). Partner with PBPs, Finance, and leadership, improve comp infrastructure, support compliance, and use AI to increase impact.

Lead and grow Vanta's design organization, set product design vision and strategy, partner with product and engineering, mentor designers, advance UX and design systems, and apply AI responsibly to amplify design impact.
