Teams at Vanta

As a Senior Executive Business Partner, you will support the Chief Revenue Officer by managing their schedule, overseeing travel logistics, and facilitating communication across teams while anticipating needs and providing professional, high-quality service.

Build and operate core backend systems powering Vanta’s Tests platform. Own complex projects from design through production, evolve APIs and data models, improve reliability, correctness, performance, and observability, investigate production issues, simplify abstractions, collaborate across teams, provide technical feedback, and mentor engineers.

Own Vanta’s EPD operating system across engineering, product, and design. Design Jira workflows and hierarchies, build AI-powered agents and automation, align Jira with real team practices, diagnose delivery failures, and drive adoption without formal authority. The role emphasizes independently shipping practical solutions, simplifying mechanisms, responsibly applying emerging AI tools, and supporting teammates as they develop technical capabilities.
