Lead long-term technical strategy and large cross-functional engineering initiatives for Vanta's GRC product. Design scalable, reliable systems, mentor engineers, drive architecture and process improvements, and deliver enterprise-grade SaaS features while influencing organization-wide technical decisions.

Own the design, configuration, administration, security, testing, and optimization of Vanta’s Workday environment across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking. Partner with People, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal to translate business needs into scalable solutions, lead system initiatives, manage releases and change adoption, improve processes, and maintain audit and compliance standards.

Own and monitor KPIs for onboarding/implementation of large customers, coordinate cross-functional alignment (CSMs, GRC SMEs, Product), standardize and scale playbooks, automate tracking processes, and enable SMEs/CSMs to improve time-to-value and consistency.

Handle a small volume of support tickets to inform improvements and maintain product expertise.

Develops and leads revenue enablement programs for Account Management, focusing on expansion selling, pipeline generation, account growth, and net revenue retention. Partners with AM and AE leadership to identify capability gaps, build playbooks and training, improve sales-process adoption, and align cross-functional teams. Uses data, field insights, KPIs, CRM reporting, and enablement technologies to measure program impact and continuously improve performance.

Own the full sales cycle for early-stage prospects: execute outbound strategies, convert inbound demand, close deals (target ~30 days), manage pipeline, create demos/materials, and feed prospect insights to product.

Lead day-to-day Channel Operations and strategic GTM initiatives for Vanta's Partner business. Partner with Channel, GTM Ops, Business Systems, Finance, and Marketing to design scalable processes, governance, reporting, partner programs, attribution, pricing, and territory/account rules. Translate ambiguous problems into actionable operational recommendations, drive cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, and measure outcomes to improve partner and seller experiences.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Vanta's data platform, partnering with engineers and product teams to build scalable data ingestion, storage, and query systems. Drive platform enablement, measure outcomes (scalability, feature enablement, queryability), work with customers, and prepare the platform for AI-native use cases.

Lead and scale Vanta's Customer Success, Support, and build Professional Services from scratch. Own delivery execution, retention, services P&L, SLAs, CSAT, and partner enablement. Drive onboarding, implementation, service offerings, tooling, metrics, and cross-functional handoffs to improve time-to-value, quality, and services margin for enterprise and mid-market customers.

Design, build, and own full-stack features and platform primitives for Vanta's Integrations Platform. Develop authentication, data-ingestion, and schema-evolution services; build secure, scalable services and UIs with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; improve performance and operational excellence; use AI tools to accelerate development; collaborate across teams to enable a large ecosystem of integrations.

Lead and develop a team of commercial Customer Success Managers for the East Region, drive onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion, define CS methodology and KPIs, partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Revenue teams, create enablement programs, and execute upmarket GRC strategy.
