Manages non-CME scientific and clinical exchange programs, including timelines, budgets, healthcare provider communication, audience generation, trainings, client coordination, and onsite execution. Serves as the primary project contact across internal teams, clients, and healthcare providers; tracks deliverables, measures program effectiveness, supports business development, mentors staff, and uses approved AI tools to improve documentation and workflows.

Build and operate reliable ETL and ELT pipelines across lakehouse and transactional systems. Develop data models, enforce governance, integrate diverse data sources, and support analytics, APIs, and predictive tools. Monitor performance, data quality, lineage, cost, and uptime while collaborating with data science, AI, product, and innovation teams.

Own the QA/QC function for a software product portfolio by designing and executing manual and automated tests, UAT scripts, traceability, defect management, release readiness, quality metrics, and CSV documentation. Partner with Product, Engineering, Technical Project Management, and Client Delivery while supporting approximately 10% client interaction for UAT activities. Build scalable QA processes, regression coverage, and audit-ready validation practices.
